CANCELLATION& REFUND

Novepro believes a hassle-free environment is most welcoming to its customers and hence has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

a) Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the shipping process is initiated.

b) No cancellation will be allowed for orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

c) No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Novepro Corp marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, etc. or on special rates or customized product specifications. These are limited occasion, special or customized product offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

d) In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the complaint is checked and determined the same at our/vendor’s end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products.

e) Many of our products are handmade. Sometimes the products shown on the website may appear slightly different than the real products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate action.

f) In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

g) In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/netbanking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 15 working days from the date of cancellation of your order. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your bank’s processing time. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.

NO REFUND!

Neckfit once sold is not taken back. People leave oil, makeup, smell and/or hair once they use Neckfit, even if they use Neckfit for a short time. This makes Neckfit unsuitable for other users as it becomes unhygienic.

When you buy Neckfit, you know for sure you are buying a 'Fresh from the Factory' product!
