Cancellation Policy
1. Standard Cancellation:
- Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.
- Cancellation requests are not accepted if the shipping process has already started.
2. Same Day Delivery:
- Orders under the “Same Day Delivery” category cannot be canceled.
3. Special and Customized Orders:
- Orders placed for special occasions (e.g., Pongal, Diwali) or on special rates/customized specifications are not eligible for cancellation.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it to Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
- The complaint will be processed after verification by the Neckfit or vendor team.
5. Product Appearance Variations:
- Some handmade products may differ slightly from their website images. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving it. The Customer Service team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
No Refund
Neckfit products, once sold, are not taken back. Users may leave oil, makeup, smell, and/or hair on Neckfit products, even if used for a short time, making them unsuitable for resale due to hygiene concerns.
