Neckfit pillows are made to your measurements. Used pillows cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Damaged, defective or wrong-size items: contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
